The Langton Green Village Hall now stands on the Recreation Ground and was opened on 16th November 2007. Previously the village had a village hall (The Watson Hall) and other buildings which were provided from 1895 by means of a charity founded by Miss Mary Watson (a relative of Lord Baden Powell the founder of the Scout movement).
