Introducing Grace Space @All Saints
Grace Space is the name we are giving to the loose community using the church hall for creative groups that nourish spirit, body and soul. Each leader/teacher is going to offer community events in return for use of the hall space. We have two things happening so far this autumn and much more planned for the new year.

Grace Space: Creative/Art Therapy drop in with Emma Sims (www.soulstarsanctuary.co.uk)
Open to teenagers and adults wanting to come and create in a safe environment, without boundaries. The aim is to create a space where you can freely paint or draw and unleash your inner creativity. Creativity has been proven to relax the mind and provide a sense of freedom within. It is also a good tool to use when we are having a difficult time in our lives, or just to let your imagination be free. It has the power to open up conversations and dialogue when words can sometimes be hard. It is therapeutic in so many ways. Come and create - you don’t need to be of any level, just enjoy the freedom!
Monthly: first session Wednesday the 17th October, 9am-11am. No charge, donations to Mind (mental health charity), church hall – drop in or email email@example.com
