Peter moved to Langton Green in 1966
and joined the Rural Society in 1970 when he became
Vice Chairman responsible for all planning matters.
He became Chairman in 1982 continuing to cover planning
issues and carried on in the role until 1992. He
became Vice President in 1994 and President in 1995.
Peter is currently a member of the village sign
working group.
Trevor Parker – Chairman

Trevor moved to Langton in 1980 and
was a committee member of the Horticultural Society
before joining the Rural Society committee in June
1995 as Treasurer. He joined the Fete sub-committee
in 1996 taking over as Fete Chairman later the same
year. He became Vice Chairman in 1999 and Chairman
in 2000. Trevor also has responsibility for Planning
issues and is our representative on the Charitable
Trust.

Sue first moved to Langton Green in 1988 and lived in the village for 11 years. She moved back to the village in 2005 and joined the committee as Secretary in April 2007

Helen moved to the Village in 1989
and joined the Rural Society committee in February
1999 as Membership Secretary.
Angela Moss
Angela came to Langton Green in 1985 running the
Guides for a number of years. She joined the Rural
Society committee in June 1995 and was a member
of the Fete sub-committee for nine years until 2004.
Angela has also held the planning portfolio and
is presently on the sub-committee for the Village
Sign. Angela is an elected Trustee of Charitable
Trust.

Dan Davidson
Dan has lived in the Village since 1970. He joined
the committee in January 2004.
Edward Langridge
Having moved to Langton Green from Tunbridge Wells in 1985, Ed joined the Committee in 2006 following retirement from running a business in the town. Ed is responsible for Public Relations and for writing and producing the Society Newsletter.
Rachel Adkin
Rachel moved to Langton Green with her parents in 1984 and then moved back to the village with her husband in 1999. She joined the committee in 2007.
